Top Priority

Dartmouth senior Matt Kaskey has signed with Priority Sports & Entertainment, ranked as one of the top football agencies by ESPN in each of the Worldwide Leader's past five rankings.

Draft Diamonds loses points for the ridiculous "UoD" reference but there's value in what it says about the 6-foot-7, 325-pound Kaskey in this capsule (LINK):
Matt Kaskey – University of Dartmouth – Offensive Tackle – Matt Kaskey is one of the meanest offensive lineman I have watched on film this year.  Kaskey is a player who really dominated in the Ivy League. Many draftniks are not aware of him but Kaskey is a mauler in the trenches.  The Winneka, Illinois native is a first team All-Ivy League player and a team captain. Kaskey maybe a later round pick or free agent but he could be a future All-Pro in the NFL.

Former Dartmouth defensive line coach Kevin Lewis, most recently at William & Mary, has been hired to coach the defensive line at Army. Lewis spent the 2012 and 2013 seasons at Dartmouth.
A local news website has a story with Super Bowl analysis from former Dartmouth linebacker Kevin Cooper '89, who has coached his Maine team to six high school state championships. (LINK)
Craig Haley of STATS ranks the FCS football conferences coming out of the 2018 season (LINK):
1 Missouri Valley
2 Big Sky
3 CAA
4 Southern
5 Ivy league
6 Southland
7 Ohio Valley
8 Big South
9 Northeast
10 Mid-Eastern
11 Patriot
12 Independents
13 Southwestern
14 Pioneer

Haley, who had the Ivies ranked seventh in the preseason, writes this about how the season went:
Princeton (10-0) and Dartmouth (9-1) finished with top-20 rankings, while Harvard got back to a winning record. The league was 19-7 outside the Ancient Eight.

It was 7.9 degree below zero here when I walked Griff the Wonder Dog this morning and compared to what the Midwest has been dealing with it is almost balmy. Be safe.
