Green Alert Take: Announcing the recruiting class out early and introducing the Twitter campaign should be seen as a shot across the bow of the rest of the Ancient Eight. You can almost hear James Perry getting the engine going again in Providence.

One more note culled from a look at the Brown website. EJ Perry, the transfer quarterback from Boston College who gave Dartmouth (and the rest of the Ivy League) fits last fall, will be returning for his second season in a Brown uniform in 2021 and will serve as a co-captain for the Bears. (LINK)
He led the nation in total offense in 2019, his first year playing under his uncle at Brown.

Harvard has made an official announcement about its class as well (LINK).

The Giants Country website has a story headlined Resetting the New York Giants' Roster on Defense suggesting that Dartmouth alum Niko Lalos may be in a three-way battle for a roster spot with Big Blue. (LINK)

It's now official. Graduating seniors at Dartmouth will be allowed to each have two guests at the Memorial Field commencement. Find the story HERE.

EXTRA POINT
In the never-ending effort to go through all of the boxes we brought with us when we moved to our Vermont hillside we found the following note written by That Certain Nittany Lion '16 long before he was TCNL'16. I really should hold this until Thanksgiving but given that the Ivy League just announced it would be playing sports again in the fall it's not a bad time to share where watching Dartmouth football fit in the pecking order of one little boy. (I've added the highlighting.)
