We've taken advantage of the trip to Providence to reconnect with one of my good friends from grad school who we hadn't seen in too many years. We attended her wedding two weeks before she attended ours all those years ago. If the pandemic has taught us anything it should be to cherish not just family, but friends old and new. Regardless of what happens later today, this has already been a very special trip.
