The Wilkes-Barre (Pa.) Times Leader has a note about a fundraiser supporting Dartmouth offensive lineman Josh Balara's fight against adrenal cancer. (LINK)

Well, that didn't take long. Dartmouth defensive end Shane Cokes entered the transfer portal and quickly earned offers from Wake Forest, Purdue, UConn and UMass:

Among others already reporting transfer portal offers are tailback Zack Bair from Robert Morris and defensive back Seth Verilus from McNeese State.

Tom Gilmore, who came to Dartmouth as offensive line coach in 1992 and eventually became defensive coordinator before moving on after the 1999 season, has resigned as head coach at Lehigh after going 9-27 between 2019 and this season. He had a 72-81 record at Holy Cross between 2004 and 2017. (LINK)

Stats Perform/The Analyst has announced finalists for its season ending awards and the Ivy League has two for the Walter Payton Award and one for the Buck Buchanan.

Representing the Ivies on the list for the Payton, which recognizes the top offensive player in the FCS, are Princeton wide receiver Andrei Iosivas and Harvard running back Aidan Borquet.

The Ivy rep for the Buchanan as the top defensive player in the subdivision is Penn defensive lineman Jake Heimlicher.

EXTRA POINT
I've written here before about how I find myself watching with wonder when I'm downstairs as Robo, our robotic vacuum cleaner, finishes its daily rounds. I grabbed the iPod yesterday and shot this video of Robo returning to its home. Yes, it's a stupid video but darn if that thing doesn't do this every single day without complaining. (Unlike me when I have to vacuum.)
