Exactly how the NFL roster management works is a bit of a mystery as a note about Matt Kaskey reminds us (LINK):

The Chargers waived Kaskey (undisclosed) with an injury designation Tuesday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Kaskey will presumably clear waivers and revert to the Chargers' injured reserve. If that's the case, he'll be forced to miss the entire 2023 campaign, barring an injury settlement.

Stopped for a soft drink on the way home from practice yesterday and parked behind a car that had stickers near each tail light letting me know there was a baby on board and I should "keep distance."

Thank goodness for those stickers because I really was thinking about ramming my car into the thing. ;-)
