From Dartmouth football social media:
Said another way, every graduating player from the Class of 2015 through the Class of '2027 has left or will leave campus with at least one championship ring.
• The 2015 ring was earned by the classes of 2016, '17, '18 and '19.
• The 2019 ring was earned by the classes of 2020, '21, 22' and '23.
• The 2021 ring was earned by the classes of 2022, '23 '24 and '25.
• The 2023 ring was earned by the classes of 2024, '25, '26 and '27.
Green Alert Take: That doesn't take medical (and COVID) redshirts into account, but it's still pretty neat that 13 consecutive classes will have graduated with at least one Ivy League championship ring.

EXTRA POINT
One summer, long before they were That Certain Dartmouth '14 and Nittany Lion '16, we hiked as a family more than 5,000 feet down into Grand Canyon to camp at Bright Angel Campground. Although there were just 33 sites at the campground, Mrs. BGA ran into someone she knew from the hospital. What were the chances?

That memory came to mind last night when we Facetimed with TCD'14 – today a ranger at Utah's Bryce Canyon National Park (which we also visited all those years ago). Although TCD'14 spends most of her time in an office these days, given the crush of Memorial Day visitors she was in uniform and helping with crowd control on the holiday weekend.
Growing up with golden retrievers, she couldn't help but pet one brought into the park by a visitor. An outgoing sort, TCD'14 asked the visitors with the pooch where they were from.
It turns out they were from New Hampshire. That would be Hanover, N.H., to be exact, and that's not all.
Before they moved into town they lived in Etna, just a half mile from our old house on the shoulder of Moose Mountain. And not only that, when they were first looking to move to rural Etna they actually did a walk-through of our house, where they met our golden retriever, Griff the Wonder Dog.
Small world, huh?
