It's a "Video Sunday."  First, a look at one way quarterback Jackson Proctor has prepared for his senior season at Dartmouth College:

   

And second, is Q Jones the "scariest RB in the Ivy League?" That's the premise of this video. You can decide for yourself but you have to admit the "thumbnail" for this video is kinda scary ;-)

EXTRA POINT
Thumbs up to the Paris Olympics for its opening ceremonies boat parade on the Seine. 

Thumbs down to NBC for abandoning some of the boats in favor of the absurd fashion show, filmed segments that had no place in a live broadcast, and other equally strange "entertainment." If they'd stuck with the boats and the athletes, I might have stayed with the broadcast.

They didn't . . . and I didn't.
