EXTRA POINT

With That Certain Dartmouth '14 and her Certain Someone in town we loaded them in the car yesterday and did a northern Vermont loop that out-of-staters in town for Dartmouth football and "leaf peeping" in a few weeks might enjoy. Our jaunt included a stop at legendary Cold Hollow Cider Mill and driving through Smugglers Notch, which I can't believe I had never done before. (Check out how crazy that drive is HERE.) You will surely want to stop at the Ben & Jerry's factory for a tour and might want to check out the Trapp Family Lodge. There's a whole lot more to see and do in that part of Vermont, just a little over an hour up I-89, so enjoy!

Oh yeah, and today we are taking them to the Great Vermont Corn Maze, just over an hour straight up I-91 in Danville, Vt.. I'll let you know how that is – if we ever get out of it.
