A link earlier this year pointed you to the flashy, interactive Inside Cornell Football website. Just discovered there's also a Cornell Football Virtual Guide. Time will tell if these initiatives will have the same on-the-field result, but they have a little bit of the pioneering feel of what Bob Blackman brought to the Ivy League when he arrived at Dartmouth in the mid-50s. Make no mistake, Cornell and coach Kent Austin mean business.

Speaking of coaches, the Columbia Spectator writes that there's a Dec. 15 deadline for settling on a replacement for Norries Wilson down in the Big Apple. The Spec quotes Columbia Athletic Director Dianne Murphy:
Do you see these raccoon eyes? I haven’t slept for days. This is what I’m focused on because Columbia deserves a winning football program.
