The Boston Globe has an uplifting story about Sacred Heart football coach Paul Gorham in which he recalls a quote from his son Matt, a tight end at Brown:"Dad, you gave up two legs for your life."Gorham, who is adjusting to temporary prosthetics, told the paper:
"I am 6-foot-3 again."Hard not to cheer for him or the Brown coaches, who flew out to Cleveland, rented an RV and drove Gorham home with hourly stops because of concerns about blood clots.
Gorham, by the way, told the paper he'll stop by his office for a few hours on Monday and would like to be back coaching although his health will determine how involved he will be.
