This appeared on the Penn football website toward the end of last week:

In 2012, anyone with a University of Pennsylvania issued ID can gain admittance to home football games free of charge, and bring up to three guests at no additional charge. Included are any faculty or staff, hospital workers, Penn Police and Allied Barton security guards with their Allied Barton ID cards.
