Have A Happy . . .

Heading to State College, Pa., at 0-dark-30 to pick up That Certain Penn State Sophomore (Junior to Be ;-). He'll be working once again this summer at Hanover Country Club so if you hit the links keep an eye out for him!

Something to brighten your day:

Incoming freshman offensive lineman Patrick Flathers – now confirmed as a not-so-distant relative of Mrs. BGA – was one of 30 high school seniors honored last night at the Joe Yukica New Hampshire Chapter of the National Football Foundation Scholar-Athlete Dinner. Speaking at the dinner was Governor Maggie Hassan.

Flathers is a 6-foot-5, 275-pound offensive lineman from Dracut, Mass., who played at New Hampshire's Bishop Guertin High School.

Joe Yukica is the former Dartmouth (1978-86), Boston College (1968-77) and University of New Hampshire (1966-67) head coach who played at Penn State.
