Former football manager Tracey Salmon-Smith '87 is one of three graduates of the college who will receive this year's Dartmouth Alumni Award, "which was established in 1954 to recognize long-standing and meritorious service to the College, career achievement, and other community service." (LINK)Tracey worked tirelessly for the Dartmouth football program while she was in Hanover and continues to do good work for the college, which is no surprise to any of us who knew her when she was here. Find her current bio HERE. She and fellow manager Sara Moorefield were a great help to everyone around the program.

A terribly sad story out of Florida where former Penn linebacker Joey Grosso, who was going to walk on to the Miami team for a year while beginning law school, died while scuba diving during the state's lobster mini-season. The Miami Herald has a story. There's also a story about the May honors graduate in the Daily Pennsylvanian.

NFL.com has a posting called 14 for '14. Top small-school pro prospects. (LINK) Three quarterbacks are listed, including Princeton's Quinn Epperly. This factoid about the Princeton offense directed by Epperly was published last year but it's worth repeating: "Princeton scored 50 points five times last season; the Tigers had scored 50 points five times in previous 48 seasons."
