Harris (6-1, 197) originally entered the league as a college free agent with the Kansas City Chiefs in the 2016 offseason. The Dartmouth product spent last season on the Chiefs’ Injured Reserve list, before being waived this offseason. Harris, a native of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, will wear No. 30 for the Buccaneers.
