Week Two Dartmouth opponent Holy Cross had UConn of the FBS on the ropes after taking a 20-7 lead last night but the Huskies came back for a 27-20 win with help from a quarterback change. Holy Cross quarterback Peter Pujals lived up to his billing, going 33-for- 56 for 358 yards with a touchdown and an interception in his first game back since breaking his leg last year against Dartmouth. Elsewhere last night, a record opening-night crowd of 15,854 saw New Hampshire open its second season in Wildcat Stadium with a 24-23 win over Maine. And Rhode Island, long an FCS doormat, lost a chance to beat FBS member Central Michigan on a missed 33-yard field goal in double overtime and ended up losing in three OTs, 30-27.
