Worth A Watch

The timing is a little curious but Dartmouth (the college, not the sports information office) posted a video this morning under the headline, Football Coach Buddy Teevens '79 on Being Dartmouth's Winningest Coach. The description:
With an Ivy title-clinching triumph on the final day of the 2019 season, football coach Buddy Teevens '79 became Dartmouth's all-time winningest football coach. But Teevens has done more than coach a winning team—he's transformed the whole sport.
Teevens talks about how privileged he feels to coach Dartmouth players. And as he always does, he credits breaking Bob Blackman's record for career wins with the Big Green to longevity.

Seitu Smith, who served as Dartmouth's director of player personnel on the same staff as Callie Brownson, is joining the Big Green's groundbreaking former coach with the Cleveland browns.

Smith, who left Dartmouth after a year to become quarterbacks coach at Brown, has left that position after a year to become an offensive quality control assistant in Cleveland, where Brownson is chief of staff. Find Seitu's bio HERE and a quick note from SI HERE.

The Browns, of course, are now coached by former Penn defensive back Kevin Stefanski.
Brownson was interviewed earlier this week for a story posted on Cleveland's WKYC HERE.
