In The News

Find the story and video interview with Dartmouth kicker Connor Davis HERE.

Davis was 43-for-43 on PATs last year and with 45 consecutive made extra points is within six of the school record held by Nick Lowery. He was 6-for-9 on field goals and hit a season-long of 42 yards in back-to-back games against Harvard and Princeton.
Running back Caylin Parker Tweeted in the spring that he was entering the portal as a graduate transfer and a couple of weeks ago he added a highlight video that included this:

With the FCS largely shut down and the FBS schools still hoping to play in limbo there's been no news about Dartmouth's other portal entries – corner DJ Avery and offensive lineman Zach Sammartino.

EXTRA POINT

While I had Griff the Wonder Dog out a few nights ago a young family with two beagles came up our dirt road. When they got within about 100 feet of us both beagles started yapping. Bark after bark after bark they continued until they were well past us, despite efforts by the mom and dad to quiet the pair.

Griff? He just stood there and watched them go by without making a sound. He's six years old now and if he has averaged one bark a year I'd be surprised. The last time he barked it was a half-hearted effort that might have surprised him more than us. To be honest, you couldn't have heard it from another room.

Look, I think beagles are cute dogs. I'm a huge Snoopy fan. But barking is just another reason why I'll take a golden retriever seven days a week.
