With the NFL season rapidly approaching speculation heats up as to who will and won't get a visit from The Turk, the nickname for the person/people who deliver news of cuts. The Charlotte Observer speculates on the final 53-person roster for the Carolina Panthers and the news isn't good for Dartmouth's Matt Kaskey.
