Spotted this from the 2019 season on several tweets out of the Dartmouth football office. Still fun to watch:

Sharp eyes shared a link to an Insider High Ed story about football coach-turned-Doane University president Roger Hughes, whose introduction to the Ivy League came when he arrived as Dartmouth offensive coordinator in 1992. (LINK)
Hughes, a key staff member of the undefeated 1996 Big Green, departed Hanover after the 1999 season to spend 10 years as head coach at Princeton and accepted the position at Doane after spending eight seasons reintroducing football at Stetson University. A Doane graduate, he holds a Ph.D. in exercise physiology from the University of Nebraska.
Here's Hughes' bio from Dartmouth:

It's getting crazy.
Quickly.
ESPN has a story about basketball guard Mikey Williams signing an NIL deal that is "expected to generate millions."
Did I mention that Mikey is a 17-year-old high schooler? (LINK)

EXTRA POINT
OK, the Andy Rooney in me is about to come out.
OK, the Andy Rooney in me is about to come out.
We've had our new Chevy Bolt for almost two weeks now and so far, so good. I'm not what you would call a car person but the thing is fun to drive and there's something satisfying about cruising past a gas station as the price per gallon continues to go up.
That said, there's a lot to learn about an EV (electric vehicle). Of course, there's a lot to learn about any new car in this digital age.
To that end I've found myself paging through the owner's manual time and again and constantly becoming annoyed as I come across explanations of various functions preceded by the phrase, "If equipped."
Is our car "so equipped?" What do I know?
Here's what I know.
I know we didn't buy the most basic, bare-bones version of the car. And we didn't buy the high-end version. What we bought was somewhere in the middle with an add-on or two. That's all I know without digging up the order sheet for the car and trying to decipher what it says.
You know what, car manufacturer? Given what we spent on the car I'd gladly have thrown in another $5 to get a manual specific to the car I'm sitting in when I pull the manual out of the glove compartment. And if you are too cheap to print up three versions of your manual, uploading a PDF manual specific to the car I bought isn't too much to ask. Is it?
