In an era of teams lining up with a single running back and multiple tight ends the All-New England team featuring four tailbacks and just one tight end is a little anachronistic. Although his reception total might not suggest it, watch the highlight video of Dartmouth's Robbie Mangas and you'll see he would have been a strong candidate for the team.

Clearly Mangas' ability has not gone unnoticed as UConn and Rhode Island have added to the growing list of schools hoping to bring him in as a grad transfer. Here are his highlights:

When I saw the headline There is no asterisk, Tigers on an opinion piece a lawyer submitted to the Daily Princetonian I thought it was in reference to the Princeton football team sharing the title with Dartmouth despite falling to the Big Green, 31-7. Turns out it is in regard to Princeton's win over Harvard. (LINK)

Back to the transfer portal, the one who got away will get away again. Duke receiver Jake Bobo, who caught 74 passes for 801 yards this fall, is going to grad transfer. Bobo is the son of former Dartmouth captain Mike Bobo '92, who caught 112 passes for the Big Green and is still tied for the school record with 10 touchdown catches in 1991.

EXTRA POINT
I could post a picture of sunrise here virtually every day that the clouds allow a view. I hopped up from my breakfast a half dozen times this morning to take another shot as the colors kept splashing across the sky, and honestly don't know which is the best. The sunrise was that stunning . . . yet again.
