Taking A Look Around

 The latest Dartmouth player to enter the transfer portal:

Green Alert Take: Fifth-year seniors Jake Guidone, Derek Kyler, JJ Jones and Nate Boone had no more Ivy League eligibility so their only opportunity to keep playing college football would be as grad transfers. Dartmouth coach Buddy Teevens fully expected others in position to graduate this spring to explore potential opportunities to earn a scholarship for graduate school before making a decision whether to return to the Big Green or continue their careers elsewhere.

I find it kind of funny when kids on their recruiting visits pull on team shirts, or in some cases, full uniforms with pads for photo ops. I had no idea it happened at the grad transfer level, but there you have it:


 Jake Guidone, by the way, has joined Robbie Mangas in collecting an offer from UConn.

Straight from the Associated Press: "Alabama quarterback Bryce Young, Michigan defensive end Aidan Hutchinson, Pittsburgh quarterback Kenny Pickett and Ohio State quarterback C.J. Stroud were announced Monday as finalists for the Heisman Trophy."

A follow-up on yesterday's EP about the Hallmark channel's Christmas movies.

I was listening to a podcast last year or the year before and an emailer wrote in to tell the host about a fellow (father, husband or son, I can't remember) who regularly watched the Hallmark movies. The emailer asked this hilarious question:
