A sure sign here on our Vermont hillside that Dartmouth football is right around the corner is the annual West Newbury Summer Festival. Before you watch, consider that the village of Newbury has 396 people and Wikipedia says it is "somewhat larger" than West Newbury, where we live. ;-)
