Dartmouth running back Q Jones was selected the Ivy League offensive player of the week after carrying for 124 yards and two touchdowns in the Big Green's key win over Brown Saturday. On the first day with no practice and no writing responsibilities since mid-August we're going to enjoy a beautiful blue sky day and head to the "south of France" for lunch. In this case, what I jokingly refer to as the "south of France" is Quebec, where of course they speak French. From our Vermont hillside home we can be at the border in about 70 minutes, and it really does feel as if you've left the country for one big reason. You have. ;-)
