With all of the speculation about a two-loss Ivy League champion this fall, now is as good a time as any to take a look at the only two-loss championship seasons since the start of formal conference play in 1956. Dartmouth got a piece each time.

Here are the final standings as well as Dartmouth's results in the two championship seasons. The Big Green finished 7-2 in 1963 and 5-5 in 1982

EXTRA POINT
Woke up to our first dusting of snow this year. It's melted off the driveway and field as we speak but it's still on the porch roof here at the BGA World Headquarters. Brings back memories of a Week Nine game against Brown on Memorial Field when there was so much snow the visiting stands were closed because crews only had time to clear a good portion of the home stands.
