Alert eyes (thank you) have pulled up a story headlined 3 reasons the Browns have been able to navigate a rash of injuries that credits the Cleveland team's assistant coaches, including one who made headlines at Dartmouth. From the story (LINK):
“There’s a ton of work that goes on behind the scenes, not on the practice field,” (offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt) said. “Our young coaches do a great job of getting the extra work with those guys, whether it’s (assistant offensive line coach) Scott Peters or (offensive assistant) John Decoster working with the younger players off to the side, (assistant wide receivers coach) Callie (Brownson) working with (wide receiver) Ced (Tillman) and some of the younger receivers getting them ready. There’s a lot of work that goes in on the side to get those guys ready, but it is important.”
Brownson, of course, made college football history when she was hired a a full-time member of the Dartmouth staff.

EXTRA POINT
This is one of my favorite weeks of the year. Why you ask?
Because on Monday evening sunset was two seconds later than it was on Sunday evening. That's right. It's staying light later in the day. An itty bitty little bit right now, but it beats the alternative. ;-)
Tonight's sunset will be a full 38 seconds later than it was on Sunday when the sun went down at 4:11:42 p.m. here in West Newbury, Vt., and by this Sunday we'll have added more than a minute to the end of the day.
Alas, days are still shrinking because the later sunset is being outpaced by the later sunrise, but that's OK. What I care about most is what time the sun goes down. But if you happen to be wondering, the days finally start growing longer on Dec. 23.
