In grad transfer news defensive lineman Hank Knez has earned an offer from Villanova.

Running back Noah Roper '23 and undefeated and top-ranked Colorado School of Mines faces fellow unbeaten Harding today for the DII national championship at 1 p.m. on ESPNU and ESPN+.
Green Alert Take: If that game is anything like last night's DIII championship won by Cortland State over defending champion and previously unbeaten North Central, it's worth tuning in. I stumbled across that game near halftime, picked it up again early in the second half and watched the rest of the way. It was compelling stuff.

EXTRA POINT
My car is silver. Let me take that back. My car is a seriously ugly shade of brown right now because our dirt road has been muddy the past few days.
I'm going to be in town in a bit and it's warm enough today that the car won't be encased in ice if I fire quarters into the do-it-yourself bay of the car wash and spray it down. Of course, we live on a dirt road and if it's warm enough to wash the car it's also warm enough for our frozen road to turn to mud, which kind of defeats the purpose, right?
