On To Merrimack

Heading south shortly for North Andover, Mass., and Dartmouth-Merrimack football. A game preview appeared on BGA Overtime last night HERE, as well as a notes story HERE.

Look for a game story on BGA Overtime tomorrow. That will be followed by a notes column on Monday and finally by The Optimist and The Pessimist, who have brought their act over from the former BGA Premium site, on Tuesday.

And could you do me a favor? Please share a link to BGA Overtime with anyone who might find it interesting. It's been disappointing to learn how many people aren't yet aware of the site and there's no better time to change that than in the week leading up to the Ivy League opener against Penn.

A reminder that a stream of the Dartmouth-Merrimack game will be carried today both on ESPN+ and NESN+. Also, Dartmouth's audio call of the game – what used to be available on radio – is available at no charge HERE.

Check out The Mack Report for a capsule look at today's game from a Merrimack perspective. Find it HERE.

The Ivy League has announced changes for its Bushnell Cup ceremony in December. The announcement of the conference's offensive and defensive players of the year will be hosted by ESPN's Rece Davis and will be held at the Rainbow Room at Rockefeller Center in New York City.

Of note, three finalists will be announced for both the offensive and defensive player awards instead of two as in years past. That announcement will be made on Dec. 3.

Find a full story about the changes to the Bushnell presentation HERE.

EXTRA POINT
We'll have our GPS sitting on the dashboard of our car on the drive home today and I'll get a laugh – as I do every time – when we come up our hill and it says, "Arriving home, on the right." Yeah, I kinda know home is on the right. ;-)
