Fordham linebacker James Conway, who has the most career tackles of any active FCS player, has yet to play this season and will likely miss the remainder of it.
Green Alert Take: Working on the Dartmouth-Fordham game preview for BGA Overtime, I knew he was out and hadn't played this season but wasn't sure if he'd reappear this week. Now (I think) I know the answer.

A couple other interesting notes from Xwitter:
Montana's 59-2 win over Morehead State (last Sat) is the rarest of rare results, with that final score believed to have never occurred in the history of American football. Making it even more rare is MSU’s two points came from a PAT return, not a safety.
And . . .
Indiana State has a bye this week, using it to celebrate (and perhaps figure out) how it won a game with under 100 offensive yards. The Sycamores scored two defensive TDs in a 24-13 victory over Dayton.

Dartmouth product Jace Henry, off to a terrific start as a grad transfer at Nevada, is out of Saturday's game and will be sidelined "potentially for the foreseeable future." From a story out of Nevada (LINK):
Henry exited the Wolf Pack's game at Minnesota last week with a foot injury and is wearing a boot while using crutches as Nevada prepares for this week's game. A transfer from Dartmouth, Henry has been one of the Wolf Pack's top offensive players this season with seven catches for 49 yards and two touchdowns. He's also been Nevada's "sixth offensive lineman" as a 6-foot-4, 270-pound tight end who has added to the Wolf Pack's run game.
Nevada head coach Jeff Choate: "He's been awesome. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for him and for us."
Henry had seven catches for 49 yards and two touchdowns in his first three games at Nevada. He was fourth in catches and tied for the team lead in TD receptions.

With a nod to the old SI, today's Sign of the Apocalypse:
(Tennessee) told season-ticket holders Tuesday that ticket prices would go up by an average of 14.5%. Ticket price increases are common from year-to-year across all sports. What makes Tennessee’s unique is that a majority of that increase will go toward paying players.
The 10% surcharge is being called a “talent fee.” The money from the surcharge will go into a revenue-sharing pool for players as early as next season as schools are inching closer and closer to directly paying players.

And outside the world of football, kudos to Dartmouth for much-needed improvements to Leede Arena, home of Big Green basketball and volleyball. For those who haven't been there, the video board, interesting round scoreboard and electronic signage are all new. Read more about it HERE.
