Quick Look at Green-White

Awards are presented to most improved players at their positions during Saturday's Green-White game on Memorial Field.
To borrow from Billy Joel, it was a pretty good crowd for a Saturday (football game in the spring, at least).
When new defensive coordinator Don Dobes is unhappy it shows.

There weren’t any touchdowns but there were a lot of smiles along with measured enthusiasm after Saturday’s Green-White game before a surprisingly large crowd on Memorial Field.

Sophomore kicker Foley Schmidt booted field goals of 27, 39, 46 and 47 yards as the White team used 161 yards passing from sophomore Conner Kempe (14-for-28) and 81 yards rushing from the tandem of junior TJ Cameron (11-44) and sophomore Chris Hardy (13-37) to post a 12-0 win over the Green.
