Working on something for next week I dug this up . . .
Most DARTMOUTH players chosen to the All-Ivy League first team in one year:
10 – 2014
8 – 2018
8 – 2015
8 – 1990
8 – 1972
7 – 1996
7 – 1991
7 – 1976
7 – 1966
7 – 1965
2018 Dartmouth selections – OL Matt Kaskey, OL Patrick Kilcommons, OL Phil Berton, DL Rocco Di Leo, DL Jackson Perry, LB Jack Traynor, DB Ky McKinney-Crudden, DB Isiah Swann.
Rubbing salt in the wound, Princeton again edged Dartmouth, this time with nine first-team selections last fall.
The Ivy League record for first-team picks in one year is 12 by set by Penn in 2003. Harvard had 11 in 2007. Matching Dartmouth's 10 from 2014 were Yale (1974), Brown (2009) and Harvard (2010).
With five members of the first All-Ivy defense this fall Dartmouth was just one away from the all-time Ivy League record of six set by Cornell in 1986 and tied by Harvard in 2007 and Dartmouth in 2015.
Dartmouth also had five defensive players named in 1990 and 2014.
