EXTRA POINT
The sun is out! The sun is out!
The forecast yesterday called for the first substantial sunshine since before Christmas (?) but until we got the peek in the photo below at about 4:30 yesterday afternoon, that was pure fiction. It was 0.2 degrees when I headed outside with Griff the Wonder Dog this morning and I'm hoping it's double-figures when I hit the trail in a bit on a chilly but bluebird day. It was 11 degrees hiking yesterday. Brrrr.
